Removed logging line that shouldn't have gone in last commit.
Added simple multiplication example demonstrating overflow of SmallInts to
BigInts.
Added license file. This code is under the MIT license, which is slightly more
permissive than the BSD license used in other parts of the project. This was
chosen to ensure that it is as easy as possible for people to use Smalltalk for
GNUstep and Etoile applications.
