Log:
Reading covers embedded in MP4 files is partially implemented. They currently
aren't serialized, because it could be a waste of space, and EtoileSerialize
doesn't yet have a custom serializer for NSImage (the automatic one doesn't
work and would waste space if it did.)
Fixed a few bugs.
