Log:
Fixed -[ETLayout resizeItem:toScaleFactor: by removing an unwanted bit of code,
the items should now be scaled even when no item size constraint is set.
Defined subclass relative default values for item margin, item size constraint
and constrained item size. May need to be tweaked to be really sensible.
