Log:
Swapped etoile.make and framework.make include, so the postamble rules of
etoile.make come after the first included gnustep-make makefile
(GNUmakefile.postamble are always included in that way in gnustep-make doc).
This fix allows to build SmalltalkKit by typing 'make' with SmalltalkKit as the
current directory. Previously SmalltalkKit compilation was only possible from
the Smalltalk parent directory.
