Log:
Added fault handling to COObjectServer in order to support fixing faults for all
managed objects in memory, this is another missing piece for navigating the
history of an object context.
Also tuned faulting behavior at COGroup level to integrate with these changes
and keep trace of unresolved faults rather than getting rid of them.
