Log:
Worked around broken header include on systems that come with FFMpeg releases
or snapshots older than March 2008, and don't come with a compatibility layer
at package level as FreeBSD does.
Written a detailed overview of the whole issue in the GNUmakefile.
In my case, this fixes MediaKit compilation on Ubuntu 9.04.
