Log:
Fixed -visibleContentRect invalid return value in ETWindowItem, by modifying
-[ETDecoratorItem visibleContentRect] to simply return -contentRect.
Fixed -[ETWindowItem handleSetDecorationRect:] to match the window size with
the decorated item size as expected.
Overriden -setDecoratorItem: in ETLayoutItem, to insert a supervisor view on the
fly if needed before inserting the decorator.
Fixed -[ETLayoutItem contentBounds] to return a correct value when the receiver
is decorated.
Written more decorator-related geometry tests.
