Log:
Refactored ETLayoutItem+Factory in a standalone factory ETUIItemFactory and
cleaned the API. ETLayoutItem+Factory is going to be deprecated in a next
commit.
In the new ETUIItemFactory...
Updated many method documentation and documented some methods which weren't.
Eliminated several methods declared in ETLayoutItem+Factory which have never
found any real use.
