Finished reindenting OMGrammar.st.
Finished first pass at OMeta parser. Currently completely untested and almost
certainly doesn't work, but all of the rules now have rough approximations of
the correct expressions defined.
Next step is testing the rules, after that implement actions that construct LK
ASTs from OMeta rules.
