Fixed -setHasNewContent: to invalidate the sort/filter caches only when there
is really a new content.
Improved -[ETLayoutItemGroup sortWithSortDescriptors:recursively:] readability
and included some explanations.
Tweaked -[ETLayoutItemGroup reloadIfNeeded] not to reload when the content is
currently sorted and/or filtered.
