Log:
* Fixed -setContentBounds: and -setPosition: to ensure
-updatePersistentGeometryIfNeeded is never skipped.
* Fixed -setSize: not triggering -[ETStyle didChangeItemBounds:] by moving
-didChangeItemBounds: use into -setContentBounds:.
In addition, all the styles now receive -didChangeItemBounds:.
