Log:
Disabled -viewWillDraw on GNUstep to eliminate a test suite crash with
libobjc2.
-getRectsBeingDrawn:count: is called at an invalid time by -viewWillDraw.
Will require changes in both GNUstep and EtoileUI to be fixed correctly.
All EtoileUI tests now pass with Clang+libobjc2.
