Tweaked documentation.make to collect both .h and .m files and pass their full
paths to autogsdoc, and use the new -GenerateParagraphMarkup option.
Removed $(GNUSTEP_MAKEFILES)/documentation.make use because we need more
flexibility (how autogsdoc is invoked, where we collect the files etc.).
Wrote minimal dependency support to know which doc files have to be regenerated.
Added 'doc' target in addition to 'clean-doc'.
The documentation must now be explicitly built with 'make doc'.
