Log:
* Renamed rootItem to layerItem and related methods in ETLayout
* Added barThickness property to ETPaneLayout
* Moved -tileContent from ETPaneLayout to ETMasterDetailPaneLayout
Note: ETCompositeLayout continues to use rootItem but in another role.
Previously layerItem and rootItem roles were be combined in a single property.
