Log:
Tweaked documentation.make to use DocGenerator, emit GSDoc in a subdirectory
and support website compatibility with images and _includes symbolic links in
the right places.
Starting from now, if I haven't forgotten anything, the documentation should
be correctly generated if you follow the instructions in the root INSTALL file.
