Moved EtoileUI make commands to collect headers to etoile.make.
The previous commit could break the build.
Warning: this commit could break the build too. Currently Frameworks builds
just
fine for me (with Clang 2.9), but LanguageKit being currently overhauled by
David, I cannot do a test build on the whole repository. Let me know about any
issue you encounter.
