Log:
Add a makefile for statically compiling smalltalk code as part of a project.
Just set the $(PROJECT_NAME)_SMALLTALK_FILES variable and include smalltalk.make
before gnustep-make's project type specific makefile. See the ParserKit makefile
for an example. You might need to override the LK_SMALL_INT_BITCODE variable
depending on the installation domain LanguageKit was installed into.
