* Moved window order to front request to -didDecorateItem: (this ensures
-decoratedItem is valid and we can access the focused item in
-windowDidBecomeKey:)
* Added -candidateFocusedItem to NSWindow (if the window is the first
responder,
this means -[ETWindowItem focusedItem] doesn't return nil)
* Extracted -windowBackedItemBoundToActiveTool
