It's awesome that you guys are doing this. It's a long time in coming.
I think the name Azalea is fine. Personally, I like to avoid app names with "step" or "GS" in them, or even "G" in the front (where G stands solely for GNUstep and has no significance to the rest of the name) when I can help it. App names like GSWhatever.app or GWhatever.app drive me insane.

I am still working on a big piece of code before I put it into SVN.
I guess it should go to /Etoile/Service/Private.
Hope I can finish it this weekend.
And I plan to change the name of WMaker to avoid confusion with WindowMaker.
Although it would be nice to have something like *step,
