I have been working this week on a detailed TODO list on the wiki.
I would call it "way too much overcrowded tasks list", but it is just
to provide a wide view of the project.

I need to change "wiki home" introduction because Étoilé+Garma isn't
anymore intending to be a light desktop project but a rich desktop
environment, at least it it seems.
I will try to complete my personal TODO lists soon, but it would be
great anybody who is currently working on something (like a
"providential maintainer" ;-) can complete related TODO lists here and
document other tasks he would like to see done.
Anybody who want to pick a precise task, help someone else or become a
"providential maintainer" is welcome. It would be better however to
work on things currently under development or quickly needed in order
to avoid scattering.

I would say currently it's only necessary if the task is a big one or
you need more formal tracking for it.
Any comments ? Especially on organization or development plan…
We will need to update "Planned Development" pages next probably,
according to this TODO page and our discussions on release plan. I
haven't any strong opinion on it currently…
