2. EtoileMenus was not ment to provide Apple menus to GNUstep apps in the first
place. It was ment to provide horizontal menus with useful features, not
copying Apple down to the last detail, as we think that Apple has made some
mistakes while designing their UIs (such as the Services menu item issue noted
above).

I completely agree, the Service item menu NOT beeing under the
Application menu is by design, not by accident... Services should be
easily accessible, if, as it is the étoilé goal, we want an emphasis
on applications cooperation. Putting the service menu where it is on
osx is a mistake from Apple, at least from that point of view.

I think that the position of the Service menu could be discussed, but
it should anyway remains a top-level item (Possibly beeing an icon
rather than a text too..)
