There is no release yet. You can get it from the subversion repository
though -- I'm using it now as my main wm and it works well as far as I
can see.
Note that Azalea doesn't do much itself, apart managing the windows.
But it's by design -- other functionalities (the shelf, the desktop,
etc.) will be done by other applications. But still, at the moment
it's probably not ready for daily use apart for testing, because of
that : it's a quite "raw" environment.
