I'm not sure I understand the decision ?..
Steptalk still works fine.

For me, PyObjc would be a compelling alternative
too, since few people can talk
smalltalk, but python is very widespread....

What a shame... (ok, I can't stand Python and love Smalltalk... what can I do !)
Seriously, Smalltalk is extremely easy to pick up... and very readable.

Anyway, we should keep StepTalk -- Stefan stepped down, yes, but it
still works fine and imho is an excellent foundation/architecture for
adding scripting to applications; beside StepTalk is not limited to
Smalltalk. We could have a Python and Ruby bundle ;)

Note that we are talking about Scripting -- languages bridges are a
different story.

PyObjC would be nice to have (even if I don't personnally like python,
considering so many persons like this language and that it's an ok
language, eh...) anyway, the same as CamelBone, RubyCocoa, etc.
