We can probably bear to have Vindalo GPL.
However that's still somewhat awkward because any applications that
want to use a PDFView must be GPL licensed. iirc, there are classes
like NSPDFView and NSPDFImageRep in AppKit, but the fact xpdf is GPL
means they cannot rely on xpdf.
