For some reason, I suspect your installation is not complete. So some of them work, and some doesn't. For Typewriter, you need install OgreKit first, which need oniguruma library. For AZDock and AZSwitch, you need XWindowServerKit, which is also required by Azalea. So I am surprised that Azalea work, but not AZDock and AZSwitch. I suspect your Azalea does not running, but your original KDE window manager, because Alt-Tab is disabled in Azalea. Maybe you can manually install XWindowServerKit and try AZDock again. To know whether Azalea is working, you should be able to use 'Ctrl-Tab' to switch windows. You can check the installed framework in your System/Library/Frameworks and Local/Library/Frameworks.
