I merged EtoileFoundation, CoreObject, EtoileUI, and EtoileSerialize
today. Also, I merged the small changes in Camaelon, EtoileWildMenus,
MenuServer, and Vindaloo to fix compile failures.

Etoile stable now builds with gnustep trunk, as well as the latest
stable version of gnustep-startup. I tested that Melodie runs, but
haven't yet tested much more than that.
