Hey, I put together a VirtualBox image to help people get a system where they can play with and develop Étoilé more easily. It's available at:
http://download.gna.org/etoile/EtoileDevImage06102009.zip (895mb) After extracting the zip archive, you can import it in VirtualBox with File->Import Appliance. The username is etoile and the password is etoile.
