Hey, I was just helping esters on SILC getting his arch linux package of Etoile 0.4.1 working.
The build error in question was due to -Werror turning warning in to an error. While I think it's great to use this flag for trunk, I don't think it's a good idea to ship it in releases. Once shipped in a release, it no longer serves its purpose of helping us catch errors, but it can make releases break when compilers get more (or stricter) warnings.
