Yet another preference framework. :)
But I guess it is defined as system preferences,
not the preferences used by other application,
which is the targets of PreferencesKit in Etoile.
But the PreferencePane is the common part
and the API is identical based on Cocoa.
It is also installed as framework as PreferencesKit.
I wonder whether we can in-sync with it ?
And when users install both SystemPreferences and PreferencesKit,
will they have two identical NSPreferencePane installed ?
Should we overwrite the one from SystemPreferences

System Preferences is a clone of the OS X System Preferences
application based on a GNUstep implementation of the PreferencePanes
framework.

Currently System Preferences has only four modules: Date & Time, File
System, Modifier Keys and Volumes, but the PreferencePanes framework
is well documented on the Apple site and I hope that people will write
other bundles...

You can get the application and the framework from usr-apps or from
http://www.gnustep.it/enrico/system-preferences.
