It has a dynamic window placement.
The one in Azalea is not working very well.
And it supports scripting for window management.
That's why I am interesting in scripting of GNUstep recently.
Scripting is a recent trend of window manager developement.
It givies advanced users more flexibility to manage their desktops.
Say automatically change color of window title to red when opened
document is under
directory 'Work/' and blue for directory 'Home/'.
And when your boss comes in,
a key shortcut can hide all the window with blue titles. :)
I'm not that interested in scripting my window manager ... however... Azalea
could export to StepTalk some of its internal objects and then you could do
whatever you want... (even if I'm not exactly convainced by the utility anyway).
On the other hand, talking about nice things in window manager... something
that would be _really_ cool would be clustering of windows (tabbed windows).
