- Delete
As representations, Stop is a stop sign (octagon), Cancel is an X,
and Delete is a 'no' sign (circle with slash).
Now, thinking about the original icon request list, the Stop icon
should maybe be a square (as it is listed in connection with Play/
Pause icons) for use in a Media Player app.
Delete (as Günther suggested), should maybe be represented by
something more obvious, such as a trash can.
I'm ok with it, we will see later if any problems arise with this
choice when more UI stuff will be put together and tested.
Cancel, thus, could be any of the currently used icons for the
three symbols (stop sign, x, or circle/slash). Günther suggested
the Stop sign, as this is what NeXT used.
I second Guenther's suggestion.
