I start to hear reports of black window here and there. You can try some small GNUstep application, like Ink.app or Dictionary.app and see. If Gorm crash on your nib file, then it means there are bugs in GNUstep/Gorm. That is a reason that I prefer to use gorm on GNUstep and nib on Mac.
