I'd vote for option 2.  I don't find having the flower launch a  
terminal at all intuitive.  I'd rather see OuterSpace or something  
similar launched from it.  Maybe make a terminal another thing that  
stays in the dock.

While I'm moaning about usability, is it possible to have the AZDock  
anchor itself to a corner, rather than the middle of the screen?  At  
the moment, adding a new app to it moves every other icon in the  
dock, which is terribly bad for motor memory.  Let's not copy Apple's  
bad decisions[1].

[1] On OS X, you can fix this behaviour by setting the com.apple.dock  
pinning default to start.  Apple's dock has a couple of undocumented  
features.  I also like setting 'hidden' to 1, which makes the icons  
for apps you have hidden translucent.
