We misunderstood: There is no problem at the moment.

Yes I installed a new freetype lib recompile whole GNUstep. That fixed it.  
However at the moment I am trying to recompile etoile and just have a  
problem with finding the xlib while linking EtoileMenuServer. Hm.

On OpenBSD 4.1 gcc4.x is located in /usr/ports/lang/gcc
But there is no package for PowerPC. Just the port.
