Hi Yen-Ju,

The best part of Launchpad is bazaar support imo. Aside of that, I  
find the web interface confusing and poorly organized. GNA looks  
better in this regard, although it's far from perfect. Having a bazaar  
branch could be interesting if some people wants this feature.
I have been done most of my Étoilé development with SVK recently. It  
offers many features similar to Bazaar like working in a distributed/ 
disconnected style and powerful merging that can track of revisions  
across branches. Another advantage of SVK is the fact its command-line  
interface is almost identical to SVN.
Git-svn seems to offer features similar to SVK, so that's yet another  
available option.
The downsides of SVK is the poor documentation and the absence of UI  
front-ends. tkgit looks like a very impressive UI front-end, it would  
be nice to have something like that.
