Oops, sorry. That's what happens when one writes a mail just before  
going to sleep and feels lazy :-)
To summarize: you need to compile and install Frameworks/ 
EtoileFoundation,  Frameworks/UnitKit, then you can type 'make test'  
in EtoileSerialize.
