I think this sounds like a good idea too.
Maybe we should check with Google first, though. I think a joint
application for Etoile+GNUstep is a bit different than the aggregate
projects they have accepted before (such as Gnome and KDE) - we're not
a single organization, so they may or may not like us doing a joint
application. (I searched the FAQ and SoC google group, and didn't see
any questions about similar arrangements before.)

I would be happy to post a question on the SoC google group for us, it
that sounds like a sensible idea.
