Hey Luc,
I don't think there is a password on the server - not sure why  
Colloquy is asking for one. With the command-line SILC client, you are  
asked for your private key password, which you choose the first time  
you run SILC - but I don't remember if Colloquy does this.

Unfortunately the only SILC client I have found which is reliable is  
the official command line one - I think you can get it on OS X from  
macports. Colloquy used to work for me (but crash often), now I can't  
even connect with it.
