I have the same complaint. After the switch the speed
seems a lot slower. My roomates and I have also had a
lot of disconnectivity problems. We called them and
they told us it was our hub and not their service that
was causing the problems. It seems odd to me though
since it never happened before the switch and it only
seems to disconnect during peak use hours of the day.
Anybody know enough about hubs to speak to this issue?

thanks,
Dom
