Post Christmas time is always this way with the huge numbers of new users
jumping on line on new computers. It just take some time for people to learn
proper etiquette, and sometimes it takes multiple posts on the subject to
teach proper usage. All we can do is try our best to help, and remember we
were all newbies once. There are just so many more new users every day, that
theses sorts of post are naturally more frequent. The more references we can
make to the help pages the better also. Our etree staff is doing great work
right now regarding these exact concerns you have. I think "the state of
things" whatever that means, isn't all that bad. It will get better if we
all try to help someone that just doesn't know...Try hooking up a newbie
sometime, it's good for the soul;)
