Is it just me, or have I witnessed a GIGANTIC increase in the number of people inquiring, offering ISOing unfriendly music and video over the past two weeks or so. What gives?? It appears the community is growing by leaps and bounds - while it may indeed be true that Roger Waters cannot shut down every server that participates on this list - isn't it worth the extra time and effort to devise a list, policy, filter, registration process etc. that from the start educates and warns about the rules and regulations of this list, and the penalties for not following the same.
I am sure that many agree with me when they say they are growing very tired of the need for constant supervision and public wrist slapping. Any help?? I for one volunteer my services and time to reivew the legal ramifications of the above. Please contact me off list to discuss.
