Hey all, I couldn't help but to notice this dispute over un-taper-friendly bands, seeing I have about 50 or so emails in my box regarding it. So I decided that I'm going to put my two cents in as well. I am fairly new to etree (about a month or so) and I feel that etree's stance on posting unfriendly-bands was rather clear on the sign up page. It was pretty clear to me that unfriendly bands were off-topic and if I discussed the trading of
them I would be banned, so I decided to give the list a run down and make sure I wouldn't be booted. With such a statement listed on the site, I feel that etree should hold up it's position and ban all who disregard the rules. All this bullshit about filters and such seem a little overboard and unnecessary. Our own U.S. government says "ignorance of the law is no excuse for breaking the law". If these fools can't follow the simple directions right from the get-go then they shouldn't be allowed to ruin shit for the rest of us who did take the few hours to read through all the rules.
