Alright, First of all, let me begin this by saying I know this is not People for a Clearer Phish, otherwise known as PCP. Anyway, I have noticed that many people post grovels or "ISOs" to this list. It is my understanding, that when this is done that person is supposed to offer up a "WOB" or waste of bandwidth tax (one show or more offered up as a freebie or B&P). I am also under the impression that when you post something off topic you are supposed to offer up a show as WOB as well. However so many people do not do this.
Am I right or am I wrong? Comments..please. Even though i would not consider this reallyu off topic I will offer up one show off my list to one person as a B&P.
