Greetings Fellow Etree-ers! At the following link, you can hear what Geddy Lee of Rush has to say when a fan (who happens to be a major Rush trader) asks him during a radio interview in December 2000 about trading "unreleased concerts."
The URL for the trader's website is: http://home.worldchat.com/~therienj/ the audio link is at: http://home.worldchat.com/~therienj/quest.mp3 According to the legal section of etree.org, "There will always be performers whose views on taping and trading are unknown, or unclear. If you would like to trade music by such a performer, it is up to you to demonstrate to the Server Team that the person or band at issue does indeed allow trading." My personal opinion is that Geddy very clearly states that trading of "souvenirs" (to use Geddy's own word) is alright with him. However, I would like to hear what others have to say about Geddy's statement before initiating Rush trades on etree. Sincerely, Randy WOB: L/P to my server for one (contents include GD, Hendrix, ABB, and a few others). I am at my office, so I don't have specific info available. _________________________________________________________________ MSN Photos is the easiest way to share and print your photos: http://photos.msn.com/support/worldwide.aspx _______________________________________________ etree.org etrade mailing list <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To unsubscribe go to: http://mail.etree.org/mailman/listinfo/etrade Need help?
