I am about to attempt to fire up an old pII300 box with linux. I am going to use the linksys router on a cable modem and would love any advice or tips or cheatsheets anyone may have for me before I just start trial and error. I have 0 experience with networking - linux - or proftpd but I have 300GB of dead etc waiting to trickle out of my cable modem and I can't stand looking at these shns anymore. Your time and help are always greatly appreciated - an I will help those who help me - and hopefully many others who need these shns. Thanks, patrick
