Hello Everyone, As most of you are aware, the day to day administration and maintainance of the Etree is handled by a group of volunteers referred to as the Server Team. Due to the passage of time, some original Server Team members have moved on to better & brighter things, leaving us with vacancies.
To get to the point, the Server Team is looking for a new volunteer to help out specifically with the db and siteops websites. Below you will find a list of requirements/qualifications for the job. Please look over it, and if you feel you would fit the bill please email us and let us know a little bit about yourself and why you feel you would be good for the job. REQUIREMENTS: 1) At least 6 months of Etree experience (running a site would be a plus but not mandatory) 2) At least 6 months of PHP programming experience 3) We would like to see a completed PHP project to demonstrate your work 4) Experience using a template engine in PHP 5) Knowledge of SQL 6) Working knowledge of *nix 7) 3+ years of programming experience 8) Ability/Desire to idle on IRC would be advantageous Those are the requirements.
