Not sure about the others but believe it or not, Metallica is a trader
friendly band(live stuff only).
It's the trading of studio material that got them so pissed off.

These bands aren't generally considered to be etree friendly.  Etree is for
the distribution of music by bands which have specific policies allowing
fans to record and trade live performances.

To the best of my knowledge, none of these bands have these sort of
policies, and as such are not to be discussed on etree lists.  If I am
mistaken about the policies of the bands, please provide a link to an
official statement from the bands on their policies.
