I have reset all settings in CesarFTP. Rebooted. CesarFTP running now. Noop is not 'disallowed' -we'll see if PASV commands still hang the server. Won't be back for a while, going for a nice cold adult beverage, had too much of computer-land-confusion for today. Later.
