Make sure you are using version 3.5c. The earlier 3.5 releases had a lot of problems. My version is 3.5a, so when I load that, I have to also load the upgrade file which brings it up to 3.5c. The upgrade file was available for free on adaptec's (now roxio, I suppose) website. I don't know if its still there. If you need it, I can probably get a copy to you. I wouldn't think there would be anything wrong with doing that, since adaptec gave it away in the first place, and you have to have a legit copy of an earlier release in order to use it.

I use version 5 and it works well. I've been using it for data CDs and I use Feurio and EAC for audio CDs. Have you tried the test burn? Also, I've found that Kodak (non-gold) CDs are bogus. I had some that wrote SHN that did not pass the MD5. Maybe the CDs you are using are no good or not compatible? _______________________________________________ etree.org etree mailing list <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> http://mail.etree.org/mailman/listinfo/etree Need help?
