hi list - i'm a lurker who has been reading this list for a couple of weeks. there seems to be a continuous thread about cd quality. i'll chime in with my bit... i have never had any audible problem with any brand of cd. i tend to live and work in some strange places - mostly developing countries. when i lived in papua new guinea the only cd's i could buy were brands that i had never heard of. (incl. acer, goldstar, samsui)... anyway - they all work.
